Payment

Currently, we accept payment via Paypal. We also take mail orders with personal checks. In the case of personal checks, we will hold the order until the check clears.

Pricing

Prices on the website are in effect at the time of order placement and, excluding errors or omissions, will not change during order processing. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Sales Tax

Kentucky residents are subject to sales tax of 6.00%. If you are in Kentucky and tax exempt, please add a note with your order. We will require a "Tax Resale or Tax Exemption Certificate" on file to ship an order without sales tax.

Order Accuracy Guarantee

Mistakes

Parts: Upon delivery of your package, please check the contents for accuracy. If we make an error in shipping you what you ordered, we will correct it at no additional cost to you, provided you report the error to us within 90 days of the delivery of your package. After 90 days, no returns will be accepted and no refunds allowed.

Equipment: Same as Parts, however mistakes must be reported within 30 days of delivery of your package. After 30 days, no returns will be accepted and no refunds allowed.

Damage in Shipping

If you believe your parts were damaged or lost in shipment, please Contact Us immediately and we will communicate with the carrier on your behalf to enter a claim. Do not throw away the box or any of the contents as doing so may result in the carrier denying the claim. In the event that the carrier wants to see the packaging or parts before settling the claim, you will need these items available for inspection. RomansParts.com will re-enter a replacement order for you which will be charged to the carrier.

Defects in Manufacture

Parts: If you believe a part you received has a manufacturer defect, please contact us immediately. If we can verify a defect does exist we will replace the part at no additional cost to you. Note that neither romansparts.com nor the manufacturer may be held responsible for a customer's misuse of merchandise.

Equipment: If you believe a unit you received has a manufacturer defect, please contact us immediately. We will help you locate a local dealer to whom you may take the unit for verification of the warranty issue. Note that neither romansparts.com nor the manufacturer may be held responsible for a customer's misuse of merchandise.

Returns

Parts: First request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by calling Customer Service. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return the part to us for a refund of the full price you paid for the part. Please note we cannot refund the shipping and handling charge. Should you need more time, we will accept returns for an additional 60 days with a 25% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 90 days from the date you receive your order. Once romansparts.com receives and processes your return, we will apply the appropriate refund to the credit card used to pay for the order. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. All returned parts must be in new, un-used, un-installed and re-saleable condition. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing returns.

In order to enable efficient and timely processing of returns, all returns should have the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the packaging and include a copy of the order invoice.
